EM ---Event Handler

Hi,

We are working on AII-EM integration scenario.

We are using Business Process Type (AII_Object). This AII_Object is the BPT for visibility process with RFID.

The Application Object Type is the standard RTI10_EPC.

Problem Statement:</b>

When we do tag commissioning/ any RFID relevant process in AII this process triggers a Event message which creats event handler in Event Management System.

In our case when we carry out RFID relevant Business process in AII like Tag commissioning one should see the tag commissioning relevant Event message in Event Handler created. But in our case when tag commissioning is carried out all other messages like load, pack, unload are seen in the event handler in Event Management. The other messages are reflected in Event Handler event though the business process was not carried out.

If anyone has worked on AII EM integration and has faced such problem related to Event Message in Event Handler please help us out.

hi,

i would suggest you to check if the activity pertaining to event message creation is present as one of the activities in the TAGCOM rule.

HI Arul,

Thanks for the help. The problem was with the Define Application object --> Deine Event Type. In one column EMRELMETH of define event type we had checked NO RELEVANCE DETERMINATION (ALWAYS RELEVANT). So whichever event was having this condition was reflected in Event management even though process was Tag commissioning.
