Hi Experts,
I have a requirement in SAP CLM
When the contract document is executed, all collaborators are removed. However, if "Sourcing Super User" was listed as a collaborator, that group should remain even after execution.
Any Help will be apprecited .
Thanks
Iqbal
Hi Iqbal
I am not sure whether there is a function for removal of collaborator from collaborator list. May be some one can throw more light on that.
As an alternative approach I would suggest developing a Read Only role lets say "Dormant/ Inactive Collaborator" in collaborator role definition and with the help of script you can make sure all collaborators other than "Sourcing Super User" would have their role changed once the contract is executed.
This would also make tracking of collaborators who have worked on a contract easier.
