User "Administrator" is getting locked automatically???

Hi,

I have experienced this problem for the first time. Hope somebody can help me.

I have seen that, the user "Administrator" is getting locked automatically. Though I unlock it every time, it gets locked again.

I am unable to figure it out why it is happening so and what is that causing this to happen.

May somebody help me?

Hi,

Did you check the change log first in SUIM for the user ID. It should give you some information. If the lock is due to incorrect logins then the password was not updated in one of the JCO connections. Identify the ones that are using the Administrator ID and change it.

Hi,

User Administrator in Web AS Java only is used in Config Tool --Secure store also for SDM and JSPM functionality. Check if password is stored correct there.

Have you recently changed the password and not changed there? Additionaly you may make it Technical user so it needs not to change password.

Hi

Check if this ID is used in any JCO connection . Due to wrong password stored ( or password updated in system but not in JCO connection ) can result in locking of User ID.

I have checked....it is not being used in any of the JCO connections.
