Workflow mails not triggering

Hi All,

THE TRACE IN SWEL FOR THE WORKFLOW IS AS BELOW.

we are having an issue in workflow, at a step where the system must send a notification (email), leveraging rule 00000168 (superior).

Can anybody advice / give some hints?

Diagnosis

A problem occurred when calling a service (for example, sending a mail). The service has transmitted the error code '9' to the calling program.

Procedure

Refer to your workflow system administrator.

Hi,

Check tat any second level approver s there, mail ID nt maintained for him?

and please close te duplicate msg.

Dear Jansi ,

No approver for support desk ticket creation. and suplicate message will not at all create na.
