need to install web diagtool in my system

Dear Expert ,

please help me on below issue once if you know

i need to install web diagtool in my ep system

but i dont know the process to deploy this on version 700

i checked in note 1045019

but in that note it is not clear to tel how to deploy using sdm

so please reply how can i deploy with sdm and which package type can i need to select in jspm screen

Hi:

Please use sdm to deploy it, in the SDM you can browse to the web_diagtool.sda and deploy it.

This tool you have deploy through telnet not SDM. It is written on the note clearly. Check the Colution Section and SCA file is attached with that note.

thanks for your quick reply,

yes as per note 1045019 we can use telnet for version 710 or 711

for 640 or 700 we need to use sdm

here my version is 701 so i need to deploy with sdm

Ok. So you can deploy this SCA file which is attached with this Note to your EPS\in directory and you can call the SDM from there and you can deploy this. Have you tried this ?

JSPM and SDM are two different tool. Once you deploy the SCa file on EPS\in directory, you can call SDM and from that screen you can select the file which you moved into EPS\in and you can deploy that.
