Hi,
We are on PPM 5.0.
We have activated a couple of standard "Project Management" workflows (transaction OOCU).
This includes:
- Assign Substitute
- Release Task
We have maintained the email IDs for the username, and also have the required link with the Business Partner.
We expect that when a user is made a "Substitute" for a project, he must receive an email. Also, the person responsible for the task must receive an email when the task is released.
However, this is not happening. We don't see the emails working.
In addition to "Activating" the workflow (under tcode OOCU), what else do we need to do/check to have the email alerts working?
The server details are maintained under SCOT.
Please advise.

did you do the automatic customizing for workflow in your system?
The transaction is SWU3...
