Feedback for truck that it is on road at VT01N screen.

Dear Gurus,

If a truck is on the way at a particular time,

I want SAP warns me that I can not use that truck at VT01N screen.

Is it possible?

I dont think this can be met even with the help of some exit. Probably, if you explain the scenario, suitable suggestion can be given

Hello,

for example a company has five trucks.

Imagine that; all of them is on the way because they are transporting goods of that company.

While user is creating new shipment using VT01N screen, at that time;

I want SAP to warn user that,

"there is no available truck at that time".

Dear Lakshmipathi,

I will do it as below.

If truck is on road, user saves shipment document as not completed.. User has to enter "number plate" for truck in VT01 screen.

Imagine that;

While another user tried to create another shipment with exactly same truck(so he enters number plate), User exit will check if there is incompleted shipment with this number plate.

So I think this solves problem.
