Recently we were upgraded to Windows 7. When we click on the Published List download and get the Export to spreadsheet window the naming field is blank. Before windows 7 (we had XP) when we did this task the file name would auto populate the window name field and default to SapWorkDir but it seems this directory is missing. The local help desk really has no clue as to why this directory is missing when they did the upgrade to windows 7 and SAP 720. Any help would be appreciated.
