SAP CRM ITSM Integration with SAP Solution Manager ChaRM

Hi Gurus,

I got a requirement to integrate ITSM in SAP CRM with SAP Solution manager ChaRM. We are on the level SAP SOlution manager 7.01 and would like to integrate with Central ITSM which is there in SAP CRM.

Can you please let me know the integration steps or document related to this? I am aware that there is an integration of External Service desk with SAP SOlution manager Service desk . Apart from this , if anything need to be taken care please let me know.

Hi,

I am aware of implementing charm in SAP Solution manager. I am more interested in the integration part with SAP CRM ITSM which is a different system.
