Issues with Tcode MM60

Former Member

Hi,

The user is using Transaction code MM60 for extracting Material List based on Material Number and Plant.

After receiving the output data in SAP screen, the user is unable to export the same date in MS Excel by pressing CtrlShiftF7

We can download the same output to Excel onto Desktop, however unable to see the same in SAP Excel format.

We dont find any missing authorizations, however we evem tried with SAP_ALL profile still the issue remains the same.

Please advice.

Regards.

It must be something related to SAP GUI... Try installing the latest GUI patch

or try this...

Open MS Excel

Menu --> Tools --> Macro --> Security --> Trusted publisher tab --> Select Checkbox "Trust access to Visual Basic Project"

I had a similar problem with displaying data in Excel within SAP. This was resolved by making changes to settings in Excel depending on whether you are using Excel 2003 or 2007.

In Excel 2003:

use menu option Tools> Macro> Security--> there are two tabs:

Security level and Trusted partners. In the trusted partners tab make sure both checkboxes (trust access to VB content AND installed add-ins) are TICKED. This should most probably resolve the problem.

In Excel 2007:

Goto Excel Options. Select the Trust Center tab. Under Microsoft Office Excel trust Center click on the Trust Center Settings.

In the Trust Center Window select Macro Settings tab. Under that, enable Macros and tick Trust access to VBA project object model.

Hope this helps. This Solution is available on one of the SAP Notes. I can't remember which one though....

Hi,

You didn't mention any thing about the SAP GUI patch level. Did you try updating the SAP GUI patch level. I also recommend you verify the below SAP Notes:

722513 - Desktop Office Integration: Maintenance information

696069 - No data when view Excel Inplace on ALV with Office

Best Regards,
