Populating values of Purchase Requisation ( BACK End System ECC ) to SRM

Hi Freinds

I have one requirement,

There is one Ztable which contains Purchase Requisation Details in ECC ( Back end system ), i want to populate these purchase requisation Details from ECC to Bidders tab in RFx Screen, can any one please give me idea

Hi Kumar,

This is going to be enhancement. Since the SRM will not populate from Z tables in standard programs.

You may need to write a RFC call program pointing to Z table in ECC,when they execute the Bid transaction (where you wish to populate) and poulate the required data by reading the same.

My assumption is: 1)It is going to be complicated program

2)Data validation may be difficult.

3) Editing the the documents after created / saved will be difficult

4) Need to check, by doing this, it may effect the standard functionalities of SAP SRM (like updating the different tables and passing values to different standard programs)

Thnx Giri for your reply
