u201CInternal error in BOM explosionu201D at the time of PGI with Tied BOM

Hi All,

I am working in Beverages industry Stock transfer of Tied Empties.

We have activated the automatic batch determination in the u201CFull productu201D I am creating the out-bond delivery with reference to PO.

System explodes the BOM for tied empties in PO and does batch split at the time of delivery creation.

But when I do PGI then system gives the error u201CInternal error in BOM explosionu201D

System is working fine during the sales cycle batch split!!

Hi Ravi,

Is the BOM configurable ? There seems to be inconsistency in system. Please check if the BOM is consistent.
