Return Delivery not available

Hi,

We are on SRM 7.0 system. Classic scenario.

There is a problem where, we have created confirmations. However, the button to create Return Delivery is grayed out. I checked that the process types and number ranges are maintained properly. Is there some other issue due to which this could occur?

Could someone please advise on this?

Please check user authorization for activitiy RT.

Saravanan,

Please check if the backend GR# is updated in the SRM confirmation Tracking tab. If it is updated then the Return Delivery button should be Enabled. Is thi happening for a particular record or for all GRs?

Hi Saravanan.

This could be due to the reason that the status of the PO/GR is not updated properly. You can check for the table

SE16->BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB if there is any entry for the GR's you have created.

If that is the case then you need to check if Clean_ReqReq_up job is up and running which is responsible for cleaning this table after status is updated for the PO/GR's.
