Hi,
I have configured automatic email notification to manager to approve the request and included the following link i smartform, so that when manager clicks on that link he can directly go to the request and approve.
Link: Using the message GUID:
http://<server:port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_incident_trans?sap-wd-configId=AGS_INCIDENT_
TRANS&GUID=<GUID>
Original URL received in email:
I had entered company domain name and activated required services like webgui etc. Now when we click on link after entering the login, we can not see the ticket its just displaying below tabs.

Please help.
Thank you.
Hi Chandrasen,
you could insert in the mail the following link:
http://<solman host name>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=<client>&sap-language=EN/webgui/!&~transaction=crm_dno_monitor
This link will open you the sap web gui with the screen of the transaction crm_dno_monitor. In this screen you can insert the charm message number in the field "Transaction No." and display the charm message.
Regards
gio'

Thank you for your inputs. I had gone throught solman 7.1 release and charm looks very good. New release offers many new features including web based workcenter for charm from creating to closing the request. Going to upgrade to 7.1.

ChaRM tickets are not visible in the incident workcenter and hence this function is not possible. Instead, I suggest you create a SICF Alias for to launch the ticket directly in a crm_dno_monitor or crmd_order variant over webgui.
