It has been noted that in one single run of IDOC, both the telephone and mobile number cannot be uploaded since in the structure of IDOC, there is only one field that can be populated.
However BAPi documentation states the way to upload in single run. More info on the subject as follows:
One can use parameter TELEFONDATA of BAPI_BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA,
The field R_3_USER allows you to specify that this is a mobile phone:
Telephone is Landline Telephone
1 Telephone is Default Under Landline Telephones
2 Telephone is Mobile Telephone but Not Default Mobile Phone
3 Telephone is Default Mobile Telephone
