Dear Experts

In uor sceenario the we SSO for the ESS/MSS config . we have seprate the EP server and ECC server .

The UME for the EP is LDAP . however the SSO is working from EP to ECC system.

All the user login with the active directory users from the Operating system login and the from that the share point we have given the EP URL to access the ESS . whenever the user click EP URL from the share point it should not ask the password

As discussed with the collegues here this was working earlier .if they change the PC this not working.

flow chart

1. AD user login in PC --> open the share point try to access the EP URL -

> EP URL open ask the username and paasword -

> from here SSO is working user can access the backend

Hope this is clear

Any config is req ?

Regards

Haroon

Yes this is possible using spnego, A configuration guide on the latest spnego module can be found attached to note 1488409 (and note 1457499). If you have already configured spnego but are still getting an error then I recommend running a webdiagtool trace form note 1045019 to see where it is failing.

Dear Experts

Which certificate ?

Between the EP and Backend(ECC) SSO is working fine.

Hello Tariq,

You need to deactivate the password of users so that the username and password will not be asked again.

Just go to SU01 and deactivate the password then ask the user to logon using SSO.

Then that will not ask you for password authentication.

I have deactivated the password but still the same.

we want the as the user login in the domain they should also login to the portal URL without the username and password.

Is this feasiable ?
