Sending Emails to partners

Hi QM Experts,

I have a requirement. When I create a quality notification and after saving, system should send e-mails to the partners automatically. The e-mail should be to both the partners in header and in the task.

How can I automate this?. Which user exit can be used that will trigger after the saving of quality notification.
