Unable to login though SAP Logon onto SAP SCM EHP1

Hi,

We have installed SAP SCM EHP1 on AIX 710 - SP1 with DB2 9.7 FP3. Installation of ASCS,DB and CI was succesful and System came up with all the instances running stable.

When I try to login to the system from SAP LOGON from windows client, the intial screen pops-out .

Once I enter SAP* credentials ,the screen remains still , not allowing me to login,logout or do any trasactions.

Not sure on which logs would have information but I could see these errors in dev_w0 .

Please help us resolve this error to proceed further to APO transactions.

Hi All,

I was able to figure out the problem. It was to do with ulimits od <sid>adm and db2<sid>.

Defining ulimits to "undefined" resolved the problem.

It was the solution for me too. I'm installing an AS ABAP 7.3 EHP1 on AIX 7.1.0.
