Drop Ship Order Credit Exposure

Former Member

Hi

We have the credit update group set to 000018. Means any blocked orders also contribute to credit exposure.

Its working fine for every type of orders . But if its a Drop Ship Order the credit exposure and sales value is not getting updated in FD32. Means if a drop ship order is blocked the credit exposure is not getting updated. It is updated only after its released.

Is there a reason why it is doing this? Is there a fix for this?

Thanks,

Check whether SAP OSS Note 377165 - Update open credit values for credit management would help you resolve the issue.

The reason for this is because, as with all sales orders, once the order is blocked the confirmed scedule line quantity is removed. Since there is no confirmed schedule line quantity the credit value of the order is zero. FYI: Credit value = confirmed schedule line qty x credit condition price. You could try using the required delivery quantity to calcvulate the credit price instead.

You should check OSS Note Number 377165 for more info.

I hope this helps.
