Delta backend load not finished

Hi:

I run delta backend load for a data object, after a few hours the transaction SQM2 is empty, but into the "Process Monitoring" (admin portal) for this process the status is in yellow ("process yet to begin"). In the "Log and Traces" in BACKEND_INTEGRATION mode the status is "Start" for this process. Is this normal? Is there a way to reprocess? Why stay in that status?

Hi Julian,

If we keep status aside, did u get the detla records updated successfully into CDS?

Coming to the state, It has to go green(Yellow is also fine, because it might have ended with warnings). You mentioned in Backend Ingegration, the status shows "Start" and there will be a small expand button. Keep clicking on that and you should also see a finish status.

If there are any errors, they should be in it when you expand.

Hi,

I expand in "Overall Status" and only appears the "Start" status and below two lines: "LOAD TYPE: DELTA" and "LOAD_IN_COUNT: 1119". And in traces there is no error.

The next day execute the delta load again and run correctly with the status "Ended with success". In this process appears four lines: "LOAD TYPE: DELTA", "LOAD_IN_COUNT: 1119", "GETDTIME: 0" and "GETLTIME: 0". GETDTIME and GETLTIME not appears in the "Start" process.
