save_text not working in change document

Hi,

I'm trying to save long text field for text id CD01 in BADI ORDER_SAVE by using SAVE_TEXT FM but it is not saving. Im passing crm_orderh as object id, change document guid as object name and EN as language. Interestingly, when im executing save_text fm standalone i.e. via. se37 by using same parameters it is saving it in change document. What could be the reason Please suggest.
