A large number of BP are showing on Blocked BP report

Hello Everybody,

Since Mid of May we have started seeing a huge list of blocked business partners on Blocked BP report every morning. These business partners are coming repeatedly on the report even no changes are made to them. We have user-exit, which sends only exports customers over GTS based on change pointer table entries. We are using GTS 7.1, service pack level 022.

Anybody has any clue what could be the reason. The problem needs to be resolved ASAP, all suggestions and thought are welcome.

In the config, there is option of having last screened result as maintained and ignore further screen in GTS. Try and use it.

Hello Gabriel,

These BP are coming from C1 Scan. We are not sending scanned customers on positive/negative list.

In configuration, activating the Business Partner at Business Partner Function Level, for BP, SPL Time setting is Asynchronous.

its difficult to say without looking at the details of the blocks. Are you saying these BP blocks that have started appearing are incorrect based on your SPL settings? If so which configuration point do you think should have prevented block?

Hello Renu,

1. From which scan are these hits coming, from A1, B1 or from C1?

A1 - Initial screening

B1 - periodic screening

C1 - screening against updated SPL list

2. Are you positioning scanned customers to positive/negative list?
