REASON CODE Button in FireFighter dashboard.

Hello,
We are using virsa 4.0
There is no REASON CODE option in FireFighter dashboard.
And we are in Support Pack level 8.
Can anyone tell , what is the right SAP Notes to implement.

Hi,
In Virsa 4.0 version you cannot maintain reason codes no matter which support pack you are in.Reason codes are only available from 5.3 version.
