Hi SAP Gurus,
Can you please let us know how to restrict the system not to allow entering twice the PR00 - Base Price condition type in Sales Order.
We are entering the Price manually in Sales Order. We cannot maintain condition records, as price varies very frequently.
The Users are giving twice & the system is allowing. Please let us know how to restrict.
Regards,
Sree.
Hello Sree,
Price conditions can be entered multiple times in Sales Documents. But system considers only the last Condition as active & rest all (preceeding) are deactivated.
I understand that in your case Price varies frequesntly. An alternative can be you can maintain a particular (say Average ) price in the Conditions records (e.g. Rs. 100). Make this Price condition as non-modifiable. Now insert a Discount (Price adjustment) Condition which can be negative & positive & users can manually enter the amount here. Say if the price is Rs. 96 users will enter -4 & if price is Rs. 106 then users will enter +6.
This will make sure that PR00 iis not changed everytime & users have to enter adjustment amount which can be tracked later if required.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Jignesh Mehta

hi
I think for that material condition record is already maintained in vk11 for that reason its coming as default and once again you are giving it manually for that reason its comming twice check it once, and revert back.
