Exchange 2010 and mail adapter

Hi,

We have a scenario that PI picks xml from email attachment. Everything was okay until we had to change from exchange 2003 to 2010. I changed the IP and user settings from communication channel settings and got error message

"exception caught during processing mail message; java.io.IOException: unexpected login response; read 001F BAD Command received in Invalid state."

User ID and PW on mail account has been checked and ok.

Quick help is appreciated since documents are piling up...

Hello,

Solved. 3 steps,

1. Check and enable IMAP on mail server

2. Allow autentication Plain on mail server.

3. Change Finnish name for inbox from Saapuneet to Inbox.
