designer new connection error

Hello!

I'm trying to create a new connection in the Universe desgner, but he could not find the procedure, the text of the following:

CS: DBDriver failed to load: C: \ program files ....... \ dbd_mssql.dll (not found this procedure)

I have BO XI 3.0 + integration kit

Help me to fix this error/

Are you using the SQL Server OLEDB connection for 2008?

If so, you could add the path of the dll to your Path environment variable (via the System facility in Control Panel).

yes, i am using OLEDB connection for 2008.

Please, can you show me steps, for adding the path of the dll to your Path environment variable?

Which version of Windows are you on?

For Windows 7, do the following:

Launch Control Panel and from there, launch the System option

Choose Advanced System Settings

In the Advanced tab, click on Environment Variables

Under the system variables section, scroll down to Path, select it and click edit.

Click on Variable Value and go to the end of the list.

Add a semi-colon ( and then paste the path where your dll sits - C:\Program Files..... etc.

Click OK and OK and OK again and you're done.
