Set up Classic Scenario

Dear All,

Our Client is on Extended Classic Scenario, We would want to activate classic scenario for a particular company code.

But while creating shopping cart message Line 1: Tax code cannot be determined

is triggered.

We dont want the tax code code to be set up in SHC, We want the SHC to create the PR in backend.

The company code is for Brazil country, Since we already have MM live for Brazil (Complicated taxation) we dont want to bring the set up into SRM and we want t he PO function to happen in SAP ECC as it is.

Kindly advise, what could be the solution.

We are in SRM 7.0 , ECC 6.0

Since you want tax calculation to be handled in ECC, can you confirm your entry under the following path: SPROSRM ServerCross Application Basic SettingsTax calculationDefining system for tax calculation.. here have you marked "Tax calculation occurs in backend" ?

Hi,

yes, we had set tax calculation happens in SAP ECC system.

But is it possible to create a shopping cart without tax code.

Yes,

Under SPROSRM ServerCross Application Basic SettingsTax calculationEnter tax code, choose V0 without tax, keep a check on No Tax and mark this as a default setting.
