How to add consignee to sold to account.

you can assign in XD02 in customer master in slaes area data > partner function tab. There are some standard partner functions. Use one of them or define your own in SD > Master data > Customers and assign that partner function to your sold to party.

If I am correct you want to add ship to party to your sold to party ( or any other partner function) go XD01 create a partner function by selecting correct account group and before u save the partner fucnction add your sold to party to that cusomter in parnter sucntion and save. This way you can create multiple ship to party for single sold to party. When u prepared sales order you can take drop down or you can streight enter your ship to party.

If you want assgine consignee to partner functions then first you need ot maintain same in partner determination

First determine account group ( Trans code OBD2 ) assign number range for acct group ( Trans code OBAR ).

Define partner determination procedure:

IMG -> SD -> Basic Functions -> Partner Determination -> Setup Partner Determination -> Partner Determination For Sales Doc Header

Click on Partner Type

Go To New Entries and Define Partner Types

Customer KU

Vendor LI

Contact Person AP

Sales Employ SE

Select Partner Type KU and Go To Details Icon and Maintain Partner Functions

SP Sold To Party

SH Ship To Party

BP Bill To Party

PY Payer

Come Back and Click On Assign Partner Type To Sales Doc Header

KU To TA

Assign Partner Functions To Account Group

SP To ACC GROUP

SH

BP

PY Same.

For Sales Doc Header The Partner Functions Can Be Determined From Customer Master
