Hi

Please clarify that in following sales return process how we will adjust excise values

1. When complete quantity of material is returned

2. When partial quantity i,e 10 out 50 is returned.

Please do tell that when we will do only "other adjustment" and when to do "additional adjustment" in return scenario.

Thanks

Hello Lakshmipathi

Thanks for your reply. Actually I have seen this thread before and this is what created confusion.

Pls clarify what does Debit entries and credit entries means here. Means in which return scenario entries will debit and credit.

In return scenario, there will always be credit since the manufacturing plant has to compensate for the delivered goods. Debit will come into picture in case of price increase approved by customer with retro effect.

thanks
