How to rename repository

Is there a command to rename a repository? I know I can archive/unarchive an existing repository to a new name. However, I was wondering if there is a way to rename an existing repository. I am currently running MDM 7.1 SP04 on a windows platform with an Oracle 10.2.0.4 database.

Hi,

Just wondering if Duplicate functionality is removed.

If not, it can also be used like Archive/Unarchive.

Duplicate is still available but that rquires disk space and is not really a rename. I would rather use the archive/unarchive.

Thanks Maria,

If I am not wrong, While giving Duplicate command; it asks us to enter the name of the new repository.

By this, It creates a new copy with new name.

After this you can delete original repository and disk space will be free.

Archive/Unarchive and Duplicate are the only 2 options available after renaming was discontinued since 5.5 SP06.
