MRP Run for single raw material

Dear Experts,

I encountered the following problem:

Quantity in Purchase Requisition (for Raw Materials) generated through MRP run was in small chunks due to wrong LOT size in MMR

Now I have corrected the LOT sizes in MMR .I want to know that if I run MRP again for that single raw material (example sugar)in MD02 will the system reorganize purchase requisitions only or will it have effect on order reservations/ production orders for FERT/HALB materials for which that raw material (sugar) is a component.

MRP & MMR both are ECC process not ME process.
