Hi Guys,

Once Supplier register himself in self registration BSP page, he gets a questionnaire by default from system, I have few questions related to it.

1. Can we decouple this scenario, where supplier will get questionnaire only if buyer has approved his registration form.

2. Corresponding tables or function module to retrive or display questionnaire details, once supplier has filled it and sent it.

3. Any workflow for approving or rejecting supplier by the buyer and notification mail in case of rejection.

Hi Pooja,

1. Can we decouple this scenario, where supplier will get questionnaire only if buyer has approved his registration form : This is the Standard system behaviour where a buyer would like to evaluate a supplier based on the product categories he has filled in.

2. Corresponding tables or function module to retrive or display questionnaire details, once supplier has filled it and sent it : Is this a report requirement? Buyer can see the questionnaire response filled in by the supplier as it is if you send the questionnaire as a link. Anyways tables for questionnaire details are ROS_BP_PC_SURVEY, TUWS_SURVEY, TUWS_SURVEY_GRP, TUWS_SURVEY_GRPT, TUWS_SURVEY_LOG, TUWS_SURVEY_PUB, TUWS_SURVEYT, ROST_LANG_QSTN, ROST_PCAT_QSTN, ROST_SEL_PRODCA, ROST_WS_QSTN, ROSV_LANG_QSTN, ROSV_PCAT_QSTN, ROSV_SEL_PRODCAT

3. Any workflow for approving or rejecting supplier by the buyer and notification mail in case of rejection: Pl have a look at WS14000043 u2013 Without approval and WS14000030 u2013 One-step approval.
