Hi all,
On [sybase help|http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/topic/com.sybase.infocenter.dc01203.0200/doc/html/apr1303854843749.html?resultof=%22%64%65%76%69%63%65%22%20%22%64%65%76%69%63%22%20%22%61%70%70%6c%69%63%61%74%69%6f%6e%22%20%22%61%70%70%6c%69%63%22%20%22%64%65%73%69%67%6e%65%72%22%20%22%64%65%73%69%67%6e%22%20] it is stated that Device Application Designer is no longer supported in release 2.0.
I think this is very odd, as RIM, for instance, provides no native drag-n-drop design tool for BB and DAD was an extremely useful feature.
Has anyone experienced development on SUP 2.0 for BB?
Do we really have to develop applications from scratch and invoke the exported MBO libraries?
thanks
regards
Vincenzo
Hello Vincenzo,
SAP is currently promoting development of Native application as UI.
They dont support anymore DAD but a version for BB it's still available as is.
On https://cw.sdn.sap.com/cw/groups/sup-apps you can request by mail a DAD for BB.
Rumours says that it could be back for 2.5 version or as a separated software....
Regards
