Hi all,

When I am trying to configure the CCMS for Alerts, MTE method allocation showing <NO Methods define>.

How can I maintained the Properties of Selected Note (MTE), let me give one example – CCMS (RZ20) – Alert Instance Status - giving information <b>“No Properties can be maintained for the selected nodes (MTE)”</b>, Message type showing like “<b>files cannot be accessed</b>.

Can any body help me how to fix this issue, how method to be defined in RZ20 / RZ21? If so then what is the procedure for that.

Help will be appreciated.
