Configure message for announcement

Good morning,

I am creating a promotion, but when i going to the transaction WAK2, and will create the announcement

the following message appears: Unable to generate any message (message

Number WU277). I've been checking the messages and everything seems correct. Someone

help me?

Please verify whether you have maintained output condition records for condition type RTB1 using transaction WB/A.

I get the same error message number in WAK5 with the text "A message could not be created". At http://scn.sap.com/thread/1302506 I found the answer that no condition record has been set up in transaction WB/B.
