Good day.
When I send message to SAP "user status" set to "Send to SAP". After SAP change "SAP status" to "customer action", user status in my Solution Manager set to "In Process".
How can I change that?
If example SAP change "SAP status" to "customer action" the "user status" in my Solution Manager set to "Send to support" or "Customer action"

Please check if this report is scheduled as a job
RNOTIFUPDATE01
this will sync the status values from your solman and sap support
In addition check this sap note for entire detail if you haven't done it

Synchronization between my solman and sap support work very well.
I want change some settings. Message after SAP processing come to my solman with
"user status" - "In process"
"sap status" - "customer action"
I need "user status" set to "customer action" too.
ps "sap status" - it's Transaction data->SAP Attributes->Message status
