SAP GRC NFe 10.0 - configuration problem

Hello,

We have already installed the new version GRC NFe 10.0 - a lot of new features, looks great.

But i have some troubles in the configuration of one scenario and while displaying a communication-channel-template.

We have installed the newest version of the CR-Content, installed thre newest Patch 5 for GRC NFE 10.0, cleared the XI-Cache, restarted the system but the error is still available.

Error-message displaying the communication-channel-template "GOV_006_SOAP_RCV_TMPL"

"Software component version with GUID b38bcd00-e471-11d7-afac-de420a1145a5 does not exist"

Error-message when changing the receiver-determination for the scenario SRVSC_WebAS_Outbound_ServiceStatusCheck:

"Message interface does not exist in any software components installed on this business system".

Do you have any idea to solve the problem?

HI Thomas,

Check if the relevant Software Component is linked to the your technical system associated to the Business system.

And then do a SLD cache refresh in ID.

Thanks for the fast respone.

The SVC is linked to the business system.

The strange thing: only this 2 components of the SVC has this problem - all the other components are fine?!?!
