Logon on SAPITS ECC 6.0

Hello,

I have activated ITS on our new SAP release ECC 6.0 and when i run a transaction on ITS appears a HTML to enter the user id and password, but this screen the fields user and password are locked and i only can logon if click on button logon and then put user e password, can i unblock the fields?

Hi Eduardo,

are really using WebGui?

You can also check your logon condition at SICF.

1.)

You can give a default LOGON User each Service you run. Normally you would not do that

2.)

Customize the Logon at the System:

go to tab ERROR PAGES you have to switch to System Logon. Press Button Configuration, now you can customize the Logon Fields.

3.)

On Tab Logon Data you may choose another Logon procedure.

Hi Eduardo,

Please check the SICF options for your WEBGUI internet service. This can be changed in the Logon Data tab (see which options you have selected).
