I have set a user-specific view set in ST03N, does anyone know how to reset it back to default

As there is no option to default.I think you need to do as below
ST03n --> double click on workload and click on save view. (which is the default view when you execute st03n)

the view for each user is stored in table SAPWLROLED.
I.e. if you delete the SAPWLROLED entry for your user st03 will start with its "default" view.

please try menu item Goto >> Next view OR Previous View and check it out.
