Settings for SPM USER Defaults

Hi

We are setting user defaults like Number or Date format, but the changes are not getting reflected in SPM UI report.

The same is not happening even after we log off and log in again

Hi Rohit

We have checked the webservices and the connectivity. The user also has access to change the profile information as the changes done in UI are getting reflected in the backend but the same are not getting reflected in Reports

Hi Malathi/Neel,

Did you get this issue resolved? We are having same issue. The user default shows MM-DD-YYYY in SPM UI and also in SU01. But when we open any report and try to enter date in the Start/End for the date range we get it in DD.MM.YYYY.

Any reason why this happens?

HI Malathi,

To me this indicates that one of your SPM web service is not working or the communication between portal and ABAP is not working as expected. Secondly if the UME is ABAP make sure the user has access to change user profile information.
