System Status

Dear friends,

System Status for an Inspection Lot is REL ICCO SPCO CTCM.

REL : Released

ICCO : All inspections completed

SPCO : Stock posting completed

CTCM : Certif.confirmation missing

Full Stock has been posted to unrestricted use without UD Code (blank). Now when I am trying to put UD code in QA11 system is giving error as

The function you selected

cannot be carried out

In detailed Info it is writing

CTCM Certif.confirmation missing Disallowed

STIC Short-term insp. completed Allowed

Please guide me how to put UD Code in the inspection lot.

Hi,

As System Status shows, you need to give confirmation that you have received Test Certificate by going to Edit>Confirmation receipt of certificate. This will change the Status to CROK. And you will be able to take UD.

Hi,

Try this: go to QA02 and Reset sample and save. Then go to QA11 and see, if it allows you to take UD. If not, you need to do RR for the Inspn lot for which you reset the sample. Only after RR, it will allow the UD. All this is possible: if your characteristics are Long term characteristics. Regards, KrishnaM
