SAP E-Commerce for ERP 7.0: No customer found with customer number

SAP E-Commerce for ERP 7.0 / SAP ERP 6.0 EHP0:

In SAP E-Commerce the following error message occurs (in view "Shopping basket in process"):

>> No customer found with customer number <<

Both SU01-user and sold-to-party (VD01) are maintained in SAP ERP for the logged in user.

How can I map the SU01-user with the corresponding sold-to-party in SAP ERP?

Hi

You can do the assignment of SU01 to the sold-to through the user management link.

The related entry can be found in USAPPLREF table.

Problem resolved.

In SU01: Menu bar: Goto/ References. In this view one can assign the SU01 user to the corresponding sold-to-party.

Object type is 'KNA1'

Key is the customer ID of the sold-to-party.
