Everyday i get 5000 to 10000 alerts to my inbox. Its very hectic to check and process all alerts.
So is there any way to categorize or prioritize or fasten my work so that i can work on thousands of alerts soon.
the problem is alerts r of same subject.... PLZ HELP
Hello,
You mentioned that the alerts are all of the same subject. If the alerts are for the same error you could select the option
"Suppress Multiple Alerts of This Rule", so that no further alerts are generated until the first alert is confirmed

The alerts are not generated because of error. Its configured such that, Whenever an existing record is updated an alert is delivered. Hence the alert is of same subject, though coming from different senders.
So i want to segregate the alerts based on priority. But i can determine the priority only when i open the alert.
So is there any way to prioritize/process these alerts as soon as they come to my mailbox??
