Eliminate values from Planning book that are not in the cube

I am seeing revenue values in a certain Planning Book loaded from a cube (TSCOPY) . There is flush and refill that occures every week and the particular revenue value has shifted months and not in the cube anymore. However since the original value was already loaded in a different month in the Planning area ( and consequently the book) the values are still in the Planning book in the previous month.

What is the bset way to eliminate thes redundant values from the Planning book- a macro or is there a job that can be run that will take care of this?

Hi Sarita,

Did you try reloading from the cube the planning book ? I think so that should overite the existing values. The other way would be to make that revenue values null and then executing TSCOPY to load the correct values. You can write a macro for that or deleate them manually if they are not much.
