Catalog Profiles

Hi experts.,

I have a scenario where the customer wants to use same Catalog (B) for Object Parts & Error Codes. And in Notification (while creation or change) he wants to filter the Codes and show (means, show Error Codes with a suffix 00 where Error Codes are to be used)

Is there any exits or BADis or any other way, even if it is by modifying the program, please guide me.

U can use QS41 to make catalog codes and create the required scenorio

I have tried that. It is not working..I have created the Codes. from QS41...

Say for example, All Error Codes ends with 00 (like 0100, 0200, 0300 etc) & all Object Parts are coded like 01, 02, 03 etc.

Customer wants to use same catalog for both Error Codes & Object parts and filter them at their appropriate fields. At the field of Error Code, only codes 0100, 0200, 0300 etc should appear. At the field of Object Part, 01, 02, 03 etc should apper.

Please let me know if you have a solution.

Kindly create catalog profile in IMG and assign the same to the notification. in catalog profile for error and object part you can specify the codes as 0* which will only display the codes starting with 0, or you can change the logic as you want
