Webdynpro: name of inputfield

Hi all,

For example: I have an input field on a webdynpro page. This input field has an (generated) ID: WD0123.

In SAPGui, the fieldname is, for example, Accountnumber.

Is it possible to set this fieldname into the fieldname of the input field on the webpage?

So, ID="WD0123" becomes ID="Accountnumber" (or name="Accountnumber")

Why not? you can edit this id in your custom WDA in the view Designer and in the standard WDA you need to enhance the view to do that.
