Batch search strategy

Hi,

In the Field catalog for batch determination condition tables needs to be extended with fields Product hierarchy 1 until Product hierarchy 8:

YPRODH1, YPRODH2, YPRODH3, YPRODH4, YPRODH5, YPRODH6, YPRODH7, YPRODH8.

I have extended the new fields in KOMPH table.

Also During batch determination these fields needs to be updated in the batch determination structure. This data will then be used to determine batch.

Could anybody please explain me what is the batch determination structure and what exactly I have to update in the batch determination structure?

I have not maintained a new batch procedure.

I have only to maintain a new access sequence and add to the existing condition type.

Welcome to SDN Forum.

As this is a Condition Technique , you need to assign till Batch Search Procedure in Batch Search Procedure Definition > Define Sales and Distribution Search Procedure.

Logistics - General > Batch Management > Batch Determination and Batch Check > Batch Search Procedure Allocation and Check Activation > Allocate SD Search Procedure/Activate Check.
