Model " Other Communication " fields of SAP Vendor Master Data

Hello Experts,

In vendor Master data in ECC we have a tab "Other Communication" in Communication details while executing XK01. How to model these fields in SAP MDM in Vendor repository.

Hi Manoj,

Sowseel is right. You can take the SAP business content as example. Other communication data can be modeled similar to existing fax, phone numbers, and so on.

Basically the repository structure follows the related IDoc structure. To get an idea about the field that you'll need to model, create a reference data record in XK01, export it and analyze the IDoc.

Hi

Other Communication details in Vendor master are handled by Qualified flat tables in MDM 5.5 and in MDM 7.1 it is handled by Tuples.

You can refer to the standard SAP business content for vendor master these things were captured and repositories were designed accordingly i guess.
