Interface data contains error while Change/Dispaly Shopping cart template

Hi folks,

Getting error message " Interface data contains error" while trying to click on Change/Dispaly Shopping cart template in portal. Only option is to 'Close'(in the pop-up) which throws you out from the browser totally. Create and Copy Shopping cart templates are working fine. I am using SRM7.0.

What could be the reason and how to resolve it? This error msg found in BBP_PD msg class, but it is been used in more than 100 places. So unable to find out the exact issue.

Check all your RFCs are working fine between SRM and backend ERP systems.

I am not doing changes to SC, but only to SC template. I believe it does not need backend RFC call and all.

Check your doc change badi implementation. All your exporting parameters should be filled

Whether doc change badi get called for SC public template change? I thought tht it will be called for any changes to SC alone, not for SC template.
