I would like to know what are the transactions who populated KOTE, KOTF, KOTH* with data.

Please give me the T-Code to create the Condition Record for Rebate condition type. Cause I am unable to create this thru VK11.

I'm searching the Tcode to create Rebate Conditions for buffering KOTE, KOTH, KOTF* Tables.

KOTE, KOTF, KOTH* - all these condition tables used in SD and its integrated module. As we know that SAP SD has Customer Master, Material Master and Pricing Master.

Check V/05, display condition tables. if you want to look at data, go to T.code VK11 and select the condition type, next table and enter some condition record, next check the same in KOTE* table, you will find.
